Designed for FS25 PC
Put your farm in the game.
No GIANTS Editor and nothing else to install. The app runs in your browser, and your finished farm is one ZIP file you copy straight into the game's mods folder.
Before you start
- Farming Simulator 25 on a Windows PC. Steam, Epic Games, the GIANTS download and the Microsoft Store all work. Not on Mac.
- Chrome, Edge or Firefox on that computer.
- Enough memory. A 2 km map uses about 3 GB while it builds, a 4 km map about 4.5 GB (up to 6 GB in Firefox). On an 8 GB computer, close the game first. To check yours: Settings › System › About.
- The internet while you build.
- About ten minutes for a first farm when your fields import automatically. Longer if you draw most of them.
- A computer to build on. Phones and tablets can look around, not build.
- No other mods needed. Your other mods can stay.
The four steps
Downloaded a farm from this site? Skip step 1.
Build and download.
In the app, press Build my farm, then Download. You get one ZIP file named after your farm, like FS25_Home_Farm.zip, usually 15 to 45 MB. It goes to your Downloads folder. If your browser asks whether to keep it, keep it: it holds map files and pictures, no programs.
Your browser may say the page isn't responding. That's normal: it's still building. Choose Wait and leave the tab open.

Close the game.
Quit Farming Simulator 25 completely. It only looks for new mods when it starts.
Put the ZIP in your mods folder.
Leave it zipped and keep its name.
Where's the FS25 mods folder?
The quickest way: press Copy address, press the Windows key + R, paste it into the Run box and press Enter. Your mods folder opens.
Steam, Epic Games or GIANTS:
shell:Personal\ My Games\ FarmingSimulator2025\ modsMicrosoft Store or the Xbox app on your PC:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\ Packages\ GIANTSSoftware. FarmingSimulator25PC_ fa8jxm5fj0esw\ LocalCache\ Local\ modsNot sure which? Steam or Epic Games means the first, the Xbox app the second. No mods folder? Start the game once, quit, and look again.
Moving the ZIP: in Downloads, right-click the ZIP and choose Copy. In the mods folder, right-click an empty spot and choose Paste.
Start a new career.
Start the game › Career › New game › pick your farm › New Farmer. Mod maps come after the game's own maps in the list.
What you'll see
You start in your farmyard with your machines. Press Tab to switch between them. Your fields start the way you set them in the app, and the neighbour farms offer you contracts. The game starts in August.
Changing or adding farms
- Change a farm: build it again with the same name and swap the ZIP while the game is closed. Then start a new career.
- Keep an old save as it is: give the new build its own name.
- More than one farm: give each its own name.
- Play with friends: everyone needs the same ZIP in their own mods folder.
- Remove a farm: quit the game and delete the ZIP.
If something's wrong
- My farm isn't in the list. The ZIP is in the wrong folder, got unzipped or renamed, or the game was open when you copied it. Fix that and start the game again.
- There's a file called FS25_Home_Farm (1).zip. Your browser saved it twice, and the game skips names with spaces or ( ). Delete the old one and rename the new one FS25_Home_Farm.zip.
- It's in the list but won't load. Big farms take a few minutes. Still nothing? Try it with your other mods taken out, or build it again as a 2 km map.
- Still stuck? Press ? in the app for its Help, or Report a problem . The game's log.txt, one folder above your mods folder, often says why: copy any lines with "Error" into the form.

The Ditch Assist® mod goes in the same folder, the same way: one ZIP, left zipped. Then tick it in the mod list when you start or load a career. The Ditch Assist mod
